Glulam frame support tower and cantilever balcony
If you want a double story cantilever balcony you have to make sure that you have the frame work behind it. Being involved from the design stage to installing made sure this fit prefects and worked seamlessly with the glulam structure behind.
Glass support structure
When it comes to glass framing you have to be perfect and that's exactly what we produced. The finish was galvanised and powder coated and with the frame being on show we had to make sure the finish was floorless.
Galvanized Pool Building
Providing the Skellington to this Lazy spa pool and gym building for a private client. 12t steel frame to clients design supplied and installed seamlessly with projects schedule .
Double story industrial unit
Tight site limits and existing building required expert precision. 35t steel framed solution for a growing company with removable first floor support column to allow for the install of large lasers and punch machines.
Galvanized Portal Frame Extension.
Providing a full package for the client on this 10 tonne building in Derby. Fully galvanized as per the clients request, further reducing any risk of maintenance on the steel work. Completing the install over the weekend so the busy GAP depot could run unaffected.
Steel frame work for Mixenden Hub
Manufactured, delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Working with the client we took on a tight lead time for this 20 tonne building and we still managed to get the building manufactured and installed ahead of schedule.
Steel Access Stairs
4th floor access staircase provided some obstacles with some covered up sky lights and water proof membrane meaning it couldn't be fixed to the roof. Designed manufactured and installed to the highest standard.
New second floor structure to existing
Talk about an awkward site. 3D point cloud surveys and a good lift plan where required for this frame. Galvanised flooring structure as exposed to the elements and red oxide for the main frame.
Steel platforms
Using 3D site surveying services we were able to navigate the challenging terrain to be within a 1mm tolerance from drawing. The steel frame is to support a block and beam floor and a oak framed extension to this property.
Structural steel canopy
From the initial idea from the client to working with the architect, structural engineer and the glass supplier to produce the frame work to support a glass canopy to the entrance for a night club in the centre of Leeds.

We created a gantry to carry the new carbon capture equipment for the sports centre in Todmorden. Along with access ramps all hot dip galvanised for minimum long term maintenance.
